I Recently came to get my hair done by Taylor . Worst mistake ever! I had to go back and get it fixed and they proceeded to ask me to pay for the color that they messed up on. My hair still looks horrible and super brassy! Never will I go back.
This is a great place to get a haircut. I am thrilled with my haircut and will definitely be back the next time I visit the area. It is highly recommended!
I’m new to the area and wanted to start tanning for spring as I do every year and wouldn’t mind meeting new people while I do. I called ahead to ask prices and asked if I could tan a single time to see how I like it before I pay. The female owner is the one I spoke to and she was very forward on exactly how I should tan and what days to tan, and also told me they only have a month unlimited or a package of 10 sessions (no singles). I knew being the only place even remotely close that I didn’t really have a choice even though she sounded so forward. As I arrived the owner butted in to my conversation with the receptionist and took right over. While buying the monthly package and very expensive tanning lotion the owner pulled a clipboard and immediately wrote down how many minutes she wanted me to tan on my first 6 or 7 sessions! I mentioned to her that I didn’t want to pay for a whole month if she was going to choose my minutes in the tanning bed everytime? I have been tanning for many years and I’m a middle aged woman, I know not to go in long and how not to burn! She said well that’s how you have to do it to get a good tan I’m telling you. I hesitated but I figured it was more of a suggestion, I mean I have never had anyone take my own time from me tanning?! I’ve had people make suggestions and I always listen but I also like extra time so the bed is not freezing when I lay down. Of coarse both times I tanned they chose my time which was 5 minutes and I figured in a newer bed that’s plenty at first, so I’ll just go with it. Well it’s actually a very old bed and 5 minutes was definitely not enough even to start with. The second time I did a “walk in” in the afternoon. As I walked in there was only one younger girl working and she acted as if I shouldn’t have even been there, and in front of other customers, it was so awkward. I waited for another woman to finish tanning, then the receptionist got out the chart and I asked if I could get a little more time in the bed this time and she started arguing with me in front of everyone, I was so upset by how forward everyone working there had already been that I explained to her I have tanned my whole life and it was an older bed and all I wanted was a few more minutes not a lot. And I was not mean in the way I was speaking just basically asking, why can’t I choose my own time? The owner made it sound more of a suggestion if I could come everyday, but i can only tan a couple nights a week so if it was ok I would like to have a few more minutes. Well she got very defensive toward me and argued in front of everyone and then set the clock and I said so how many minutes did you set it for? She says 10 isint that what you wanted very snarky. As I was in the tanning room I could hear her and the other people there talking about me and laughing. Needless to say she had a snarky comment when I left and I stayed silent and even got upset and cried on my way home. It all seemed so pointless to fight about, and I will NEVER go there again! 🙄😡
The Ladies there are all amazing. They do a great job with the work they do in helping people. They are polite and kind people. I go back to this day.
My wife and mother-in-law had their appointments at the same time! They are wonderful people and would recommend them to everyone.
